PAUL RANSON BSc

I have been working in the fitness industry ever since graduating in 2005 with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, from the University of Roehampton. My continued education following this degree took me down the path of the evolution of human movement and studying the mismatch that we experience on a physical and broader level between what is natural to our systems and what it experiences as a result of modern demands and lifestyles.

My aim is to help people readdress those imbalances, enjoy physicality, and create

programmes for clients with clear specificity to their health and fitness goals.

Areas of expertise:

  • Functional range and conditioning / mobility

  • Natural movement patterns

  • Sport specific conditioning

  • Running form/bio mechanics

  • Movement skills coaching
