We'll issue new fitness programming and digestible lessons every week for 12 weeks, guiding recipients towards better performance and results both in and out of the gym.

Our scientifically-backed methods have been developed from years of extensive coaching education and practical experience on the gym floor. We will challenge participants to think about their fitness and wellbeing in a fully rounded, holistic way. 

As each module progresses, you'll start taking small yet powerful actions to produce sustainable results, keep you pain-free and injury-free, and build a resilience into your health that you may not have thought possible.

With weekly checkpoints to evaluate progress and maintain accountability for your actions, and a whole team of coaches behind the scenes, this is no ordinary online training.

To take part, all you'll need is a positive attitude, access to a gym equipment, and the desire to learn and improve.

You can access this 12-week fitness and lifestyle transformation for a one-off payment of £250.

 

For less than the price of a coffee a day, you will learn how to get fit, boost your strength, and revamp your lifestyle to achieve (and sustain) levels of health and fitness you didn’t think were possible for you.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once you have signed up and confirmed your preferred start date, you will begin to receive your pH.7 Online programme by email.

All content will drop into the inbox you provide us with – so be sure to add our email address (ph7gym.online@gmail.com) to your safe senders list / address book, and check your spam folder if you don't see an email from us on the expected date.

You will receive detailed instructions on implementing the programme, along with your first weekly workout plan.

Your first nutrition coaching lesson will arrive on a Sunday, to give you time to plan how you'll put your tasks into action from the Monday onwards.

 

Over the subsequent 12 weeks, you will receive:

  • Weekly updates to your workout plan, with supplementary exercise requirements (NB: all exercises are accompanied by a video demonstration).
     

  • Weekly nutrition education, with habits to implement (so each week a new habit is layered on).
     

  • Weekly check-ins and performance self-evaluation prompts.
     

  • Reminders ahead of each new exercise block (programme changes every 4 weeks).
     

  • 5x Sleep Series lessons.
     

  • 2x Stress Management 101 lessons.
     

  • Access to a ‘help-me’ inbox, where pH.7 coaches can provide support and guidance where needed.
