In 2016, we opened the doors to pH.7 Life In Balance, to create a non-judgmental training environment where anyone - whether they are a pro-athlete or a beginner to exercise, can feel comfortable and thrive.
Over the years, we have crafted a philosophy around health, fitness, and wellbeing where a balanced and sustainable approach is promoted above all else.
We now have a flourishing fitness community reaping the benefits of this approach and we passionately believe that, through good coaching and scientifically backed health education, we can shift mindset around health and fitness, so that building long term consistent habits (over short-term fixes) becomes the norm.

Our tailored fitness programmes help improve cardiovascular fitness, total body strength, athletic power, body composition, balance, co-ordination, posture, core-strength, and mobility.
Nutrition
Learning about the foundations of nutrition and how to implement healthy core habits is fundamental. Our nutrition coaching services provide all the tools you need to make those lasting changes to your health.

Our philosophy rests upon educating our clients on how to improve their lifestyle by integrating sustainable and health affirming habits into their routine. We always prefer to guide rather than dictate – after all, your best chance of success comes from taking accountability for your own health.
Movement
At pH.7 we believe we should all be moving more often. Our programmes teach how to move well, and our goal is to help build a physicality that can protect you against the many hours of unnatural repetitive movements that are commonplace in the modern world.
Strength
Our programmes use a combination of bodyweight and resistance training exercises to coach the foundational movement patterns that will allow you to develop a strong and resilient body and mind.
Recovery
Understanding the importance of recovery - not just from exercise, but from the intensity of life itself - is a key element to achieving more balance in your health. Sleep science, stress management, nutrition, pain management, and self-care, are all factors that can be addressed.
