DAISY MALIN BA
After graduating from the University of Roehampton with a dance studies degree, I decided to transfer the knowledge I had gained about human movement into Personal Training. After working in the field for a number of years, I began to notice how many clients were showing the same incorrect postural alignments and how this was leading to common pain and injuries for them. This led me back to my dance training roots to also qualify as a Pilates instructor. As a coach, I believe that when helping clients to feel fitter and stronger, it is essential that I first get them to improve how they move and correct any muscular or postural imbalances they may have. This will help prevent injuries and allow them to enjoy their training.

TEREZA HALOVA
Sport and fitness have always been a big part of my life, with my father (who to this day is my biggest inspiration) being an athletics coach, I grew up with sport. It taught me discipline, courage, the importance of physical activity, and the positive impact it has on your everyday life.
Personal training seemed like a natural progression for me. I studied at the Australian College of Sport and Fitness in Sydney, as well as at Future Fit in London, UK. I am a fully qualified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, as well as being qualified in Pre and Postnatal training. Most recently I became qualified as a Pain Free Performance Specialist. This course is run by Dr. John Russin and the principles of this have now become the key component of every single session I do with my clients, as well as of my own. I am also a snowboarding instructor.
I love to move and I want to help others discover the beautiful relationship with movement, whilst also helping them become more functional and pain, and injury-free. Corrective exercises and mastering the fundamental movement patterns are a part of every single program, making sure my clients move safely and efficiently.
