Core Services

PERSONAL TRAINING

All new clients undertake a complete pH.7 fitness and lifestyle assessment before any training programme commences.

Our comprehensive assessment looks at physical aspects, such as:

  • How you move

  • How you stand

  • Are you pain free?

  • Your exercise history

  • Your current fitness capacity

  • Your training goals

We also assess lifestyle aspects, such as:

  • Sleep

  • Stress management

  • Your daily routine

  • Understanding your lifestyle

This combined information allows us to create a personal training programme that is truly tailored to help you meet your fitness and lifestyle goals.

The initial assessment usually involves 2x 60 minute sessions to complete. From then on, standard 1:1 PT sessions are 60 minutes each.

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Semi-private personal training sessions provide all the benefits and motivation of having an expert trainer coaching you, but allow you to enjoy it alongside a friend or family member, with the added bonus of it being more cost effective for both of you.


Semi-private sessions usually involve 2 clients with one trainer, but depending on studio availability we can potentially accommodate up to 4 clients to one trainer.

pH.7 GROUP TRAINING

 

We also offer group fitness classes onsite at Bakers Lane, using both our indoor and outdoor spaces.

 

These 45 minute sessions incorporate a mix of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. 

Our group training has been designed to help you safely build the foundations of strength training, improve your mobility, challenge your cardiovascular system, and build that core strength – all whilst having fun in a friendly and motivating training environment.

 

Current timetable: 

  • Wednesday evenings @ 19:15 (10 spaces available)

  • Saturday mornings @ 08:00 (16 spaces available)

  • Sunday mornings @ 10:15 (10 spaces available)

We're delighted to present pH.7 Online – our exclusive self-guided coaching and education package, built upon the 20+ years of health and fitness experience (and tens of thousands of coaching hours) that our co-founders have accumulated. 

 

Over the years, we have encountered the entire spectrum of Personal Training clients:

  • Young, old, and everything in between

  • Professional athletes, amateur athletes, and the general population

  • Those who love exercise, and those who previously feared it

  • People recovering from illness or injury

  • Experienced gym users, and those who are new to exercise

For less than the price of a daily coffee, you can access a comprehensive library of pH.7 coaching content right in your inbox!

​We'll issue new fitness programming and digestible lessons every week for 12 weeks, guiding recipients towards better performance and results both in and out of the gym.

​Our scientifically-backed methods have been developed from years of extensive coaching education and practical experience on the gym floor. We will challenge participants to think about their fitness and wellbeing in a fully rounded, holistic way. 

​As each module progresses, you'll start taking small yet powerful actions to produce sustainable results, keep you pain-free and injury-free, and build a resilience into your health that you may not have thought possible.
