
Sport and exercise have been a constant throughout my life, and remain hugely influential in the person I am today.
From playing football, training in combat sports, and of course dedicating myself to understanding the science of strength training – which I formalised through my university degree and cemented in subsequent roles at Chelsea FC and Wasps RFC.
Coaching has given me the platform to help others feel the same positive impact that I have experienced from training. I am able to deliver high end, individualised programmes that are built from scientifically backed strength and conditioning principles.
